Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the transportation industry
Work Environment
  • Setting: Supervision and dispatching of delivery personnel
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and quality of service.
  • Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate training opportunities for team members.
  • Organize and schedule daily activities to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and rental of delivery vehicles.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 delivery drivers.

Technical Skills
  • Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
Transportation Requirements
  • License: A valid driver's license is required.
