About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at ICBC. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business systems and ensuring they are efficient, customer-driven, and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural practices and technologies to support ICBC's strategic migration to cloud.
  • Drive or lead on-premises technical solution migration to cloud initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to partners in IT and the business.
Requirements
  • One or more of the following certifications: The Open Group's TOGAF, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience with the following Regulations, Standards and Frameworks:
    • Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
    • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    • International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001/2.
    • National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
    • Data privacy requirements (FOIPPA) and provincial and federal regulations.
  • Expert in Visio, PowerPoint and technical documentation.

Work Arrangements
  • Resident – you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled work days.
  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Hybrid 10 – you will work a minimum of 10 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Mobile – you will work a significant amount of time in the field, in addition to working from an office and optionally working remotely within British Columbia.
