Position Overview

P & G Landscaping & Snow Removal Inc. is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Assessment: Evaluate and survey designated areas to determine landscaping needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion.
  • Plant Care: Water and nurture plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure their health and vitality.
  • Treatment Application: Implement various treatments, including pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas.
  • Health Assessment: Regularly assess the condition of lawns and gardens.
  • Planning: Strategically plan and coordinate the growth and utilization of plants for diverse landscaping purposes.
  • Installation: Plant and maintain both private and public lawns and gardens, including the relocation of trees.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in various situations.
  • Organized and reliable team player.
