Key Responsibilities- Training: Facilitate or organize training sessions for drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the transportation department.
- Personnel Management: Provide recommendations for personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage repairs and rental agreements for the fleet.
Directly supervise a team of truck drivers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
