Position Overview

Nedy Crossland & Anna Mariotti is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their own homes. This role is vital in ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Optional accommodation is available at no cost on a live-in basis, though this is not a condition of employment.
  • Work will primarily take place in the employer's residence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing.
  • Support clients during meal times, including feeding assistance.
  • Manage laundry and care for household linens.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals tailored to client needs.
Target Clientele
  • Primarily serving the elderly population.
