Job Title: Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team at AMG Medical. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our HubSpot CRM systems, generating leads, driving brand awareness, and optimizing customer lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HubSpot CRM initiatives to enhance customer interaction tracking and optimize the customer journey.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and segmented customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with prospects, and retain customers.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Generate leads and drive brand awareness through SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing and CRM performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and insights for the marketing team and senior management.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, strongly emphasizing HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
