About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you'll be responsible for assessing and treating out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion. You'll also create and implement individualized treatment plans, utilize e-charting software, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
