Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. As a leading provider of physiotherapy services, we are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our clients.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to work in our outpatient clinic. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hand therapy and be able to work collaboratively with our inter-professional team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and limited range of motion
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and analysis
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
