Job Title: Content Coordinator Bilingual/Responsable de contenu bilingue

About the Role:

Fidelity Canada is seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator Bilingual to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for managing and publishing content on our intranet, inSite, and creating effective communication strategies to drive our company's vision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and post content on the intranet homepage, including managing the schedule.
  • Monitor the inbox for intranet requests and employee questions, and maintain the SharePoint request calendar.
  • Act as key contact for inSite, including integration of systems, processes, and technologies, and documentation of job processes.
  • Work with internal partners to plan and execute cultural events, projects, and experiences.
  • Contribute to the growth of internal and external Fidelity Canada Social Media Channels by initiating content ideas and partnering with content providers.
  • Liaise with internal translation team to ensure all French content is consistent and accurate with corporate brand.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in communications, informational technology, social or digital media, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience developing and translating digital content in English and French.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with digital technologies (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience with emerging technologies and/or artificial intelligence is an asset.
  • Experience interpreting data in Adobe Analytics is an asset.
