Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dino's Pizza Summerside. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
