Responsabilités du poste

Ce rôle garantit l'intégrité appropriée et la raisonnabilité des données financières ainsi que la conformité aux politiques et procédures financières de l'entreprise et de la division, avec une compréhension approfondie des principes comptables généralement reconnus (GAAP).

Vous soutiendrez tous les aspects du contrôle financier au niveau de l'affilié, y compris la reconnaissance des revenus, le reporting et les provisions mensuelles.

Vous identifierez les risques, évaluerez les hypothèses et proposerez des recommandations et des solutions aux problèmes.

  • Recueillir les contributions des équipes commerciales, préparer des diapositives financières et des justificatifs.
  • Examiner et remettre en question les prévisions de demande et garantir leur raisonnabilité et leur alignement avec les stratégies commerciales.
  • Assurer l'achèvement en temps voulu de toutes les écritures comptables, des rapprochements de comptes et des rapports de fin de mois.
  • Préparer des rapports de performance mensuels (bilan, compte de résultat).
  • Expliquer les écarts de performance par rapport aux références (plan, LBE et année précédente).
  • Préparer et surveiller les budgets de dépenses, y compris SG&A, fret et distribution, garanties, etc.
  • Superviser, encadrer et former deux (2) analystes financiers seniors et un (1) analyste financier.
  • Fournir un soutien financier aux équipes commerciales (par exemple, analyses coûts-bénéfices, conseils sur les procédures financières, etc.).
Qualifications requises

Un diplôme de premier cycle en comptabilité ou en finance est requis. La désignation CPA sera considérée comme un atout.

Connaissance avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, VLOOKUP, Hlookup, etc.), SAP, Business Objects.

Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, le français serait un atout.
