We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Belleville Firehouse Subs. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
- Slice cooked meats to order
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment
- Inspect products for quality and specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Hand-eye coordination
- Will train
- Free parking available
- Learning/training paid by employer
- Permanent position
- 30-40 hours per week
- English language
