We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Belleville Firehouse Subs. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to standard specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for storage and display
- Slice cooked meats for our menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Inspect products for quality and specifications
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Hand-eye coordination
- Free parking available
- Learning and training opportunities paid by employer
- Permanent work term
- English language required
- 30-40 hours per week
