Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and portion food items, including heating and finishing simple dishes.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages at counters or buffet tables.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
