We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Top Dog Garage Doors Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and organizing daily operations to meet production targets.
- Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating and improving processes.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient operations.
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and hardworking attitude.
- Time management and client focus skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
