About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Harmony Dental Laboratory inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Assist in the preparation of dental instruments and materials, and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Work Setting: Work in a commercial dental laboratory environment, preparing plaster models and moulds, and polishing teeth and clinical crowns.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop skills in waxing-up, polishing, and buffing dentures, as well as fabricating and placing temporary crowns and restorations.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
