Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of employees, including apprentices and design team members.
- Task Assignment: Allocate specific duties to sales personnel to optimize store operations.
- Recruitment and Training: Facilitate the hiring process and provide training for new staff members.
- Financial Authorization: Approve payment transactions and manage merchandise returns.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and organization of stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Develop and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
