Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Restaurants McDonald's-6173306 Canada inc.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
