Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care to our customers' lawns and landscapes. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers.
  • Perform landscape enhancement activities, such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application, and lawn seeding.
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare daily team performance reports to ensure seamless communication and quality control.
  • Assist with employee recruiting and selection to help build a strong and diverse team.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record.
  • One year experience in this or a related field is required.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
