This is a full-time entry-level position for a Junior Business Analyst at a dynamic fin-tech organization. The role requires a commitment of 2 to 3 days per week on-site.

Essential qualifications include advanced proficiency in Excel (Macros, PivotTable, Vlookup, Xlookup, Formulas, etc.)

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in evaluating client online performance and uncovering avenues for growth. This position involves leveraging reporting tools to monitor performance indicators, conducting daily assessments of account performance, and ensuring that client objectives are achieved. The analyst will also be responsible for generating reports that detail campaign statistics and providing recommendations for optimization and expansion, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and their value proposition.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience with Excel and effective client-facing communication skills are essential. The candidate should be self-driven, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Monitoring reports and analytical data to pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Exhibiting strong proofreading skills
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Evaluating performance and identifying growth opportunities to enhance client revenue
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of client objectives
  • Overseeing client communications and addressing requests promptly
  • Contributing to the enhancement of internal processes
  • Working closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to assess account performance and ensure objectives are met
  • Staying informed about competition, emerging trends, and challenges within the online performance marketing sector
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including the use of formulas and macros
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Proactive self-starter driven by performance metrics
  • Ability to present data clearly and draw actionable insights
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL for issue investigation and resolution
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
