The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience with Excel and possess professional communication skills suitable for client interactions. A self-driven, proactive individual who can manage multiple projects effectively is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including proficiency with formulas and macros
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
  • Self-motivated individual driven by performance metrics and revenue
  • Capability to present data clearly and draw insightful conclusions
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SQL for issue investigation and resolution
