Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of a team to design and develop material handling equipment that requires knowledge of hydraulics, machining, welding, and mechanics.
  • Creating 3D designs of new equipment using our CAD software, in collaboration with a mechanical engineer and project coordinator.
  • Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Providing technical support to other departments and/or clients, which may require travel outside the country.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of a 3D CAD software.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment (asset).
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (asset).
