Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and evaluating daily operations.
  • Communication: Establish and implement policies and procedures, train staff, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, LinkedIn, electronic mail, and ability to work independently, multitask, and work under pressure.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail is essential.
