About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter - Finishing Specialist to join our team at Finesse Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our interior and exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance to ensure a long-lasting finish.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan the work schedule to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and finishing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
