About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at CHARDIKALA ENTERPRISES LTD. as a Decorative Finishes Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and wall covering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques.
  • Wall Covering Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Health and Safety: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test paint and wallpaper applications to ensure a high-quality finish.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and wall covering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
