Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress through a 4-phased program to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of our business operations.
- Assist in warehouse logistics, including product management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
- Support customer service, counter sales, order management, and pricing controls.
- Participate in project management and contribute to the growth and development of our business.
Requirements
- College and/or University degree.
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
