Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Driver Labour to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK London. As a Driver Labour, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers upon arrival, complete a walk-through of the premises, and communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Moving and Packing: Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection, and assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Canadian driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
