Votre rôle : Sous la supervision du directeur de l'exploitation, Pharmacie, vous serez responsable de la réception, de la préparation et de la délivrance des prescriptions avec précision et rapidité. Vous devrez également veiller à ce que les niveaux de stock soient adéquats pour répondre aux besoins des patients et fournir des conseils appropriés.

Responsabilités principales :

  1. Superviser et encadrer le personnel;
  2. Gérer le recrutement et la performance des employés;
  3. Assurer le succès financier et opérationnel du département;
  4. Préparer et délivrer les médicaments avec exactitude;
  5. Maintenir des niveaux de stock suffisants pour les médicaments et les produits en vente libre;
  6. Informer les patients sur les nouveautés et les produits;
  7. Participer à des activités de sensibilisation et de relations publiques;
  8. Résoudre rapidement les demandes des patients et des médecins;
  9. Analyser les ventes et la contribution nette;
  10. Identifier les opportunités de vente;
  11. Contrôler les coûts au sein de la pharmacie.

Exigences :

  1. Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en sciences pharmaceutiques et d'une licence d'exercice;
  2. Minimum de trois ans d'expérience en milieu de vente au détail;
  3. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
  4. Compétences solides en gestion d'équipe et en motivation;
  5. Professionnalisme élevé et compétences en service à la clientèle;
  6. Capacité à développer l'entreprise avec des stratégies de marketing communautaire;
  7. Compétences en résolution de problèmes et expérience en planification;
  8. Connaissances informatiques et maîtrise du logiciel de pharmacie KROLL, un atout.
