Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company security and safety policies.
    • Conduct regular security checks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Criminal record check.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Work 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication.
