Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Roman Building Materials LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all transportation operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all drivers are adhering to safety protocols.
  • Driver Supervision: Supervise and train truck drivers to ensure they are meeting performance standards and adhering to company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on transportation operations, including metrics on driver performance, route efficiency, and safety incidents.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, including equipment breakdowns, driver conflicts, and other transportation-related problems.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation or operations management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
