We are currently looking for a casual MHSU Worker to join our Treatment Support & Recovery (TSR)-Intensive Case Management (ICM) team.
Position Overview:This role involves close collaboration with the Substance Use Connections Team, leveraging your expertise in substance use to deliver essential support to clients.

- Perform ongoing evaluations of clients' conditions and requirements
- Deliver extensive bio/psycho/social services to support clients' recovery and functionality
- Provide case management, counseling, and direct services, including facilitating access to necessary treatment resources
- Coordinate access to specialized services and ensure seamless transitions between different levels of care
- Build effective relationships with various service providers to optimize treatment resources
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards
- Execute other related tasks as necessary
Shifts are scheduled from 08:30 to 16:30 hours. This position operates on a casual basis, offering flexibility without guaranteed hours.
