Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of unionized employees to meet the daily requirements, commitments, and projects as required.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, contractors, builders, municipal agencies, emergency response, and environmental management personnel.
  • Champion our safety culture to safeguard against accidents and injuries.
  • Partner with peers and internal stakeholders in developing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Five years of management experience with a focus on natural gas infrastructure. Post-secondary diploma considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in construction, underground utilities, and emergency response is an asset.
  • A passion for developing quality solutions with a safety-focused mindset.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to strengthening connections in the workplace.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, such as Word, Excel, etc.
