Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Systems Specialist to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our security solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex security systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms
  • Install, program, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems
  • Develop and execute Acceptance Testing Plans to ensure system functionality and quality
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions
  • Provide training and support to clients on system usage and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to drive business growth
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for security system upgrades and improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a technical role within the security industry
  • Post-secondary training in electronics or a related field is considered an asset
  • Vendor certification in low-voltage systems is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Ability to lift 50lbs consistently
  • Capable of prolonged standing and walking
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
