Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BLS certificate required.
- Gentle persuasion approaches (GPA) certificate preferred.
- Recent acute care experience preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a reliable team player required.
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Strong patient teaching skills.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Conflict resolution skills required.
