Job Description

The Ambassador will serve as the face and voice of our organization, engaging with various stakeholders, promoting our initiatives, and building strong relationships with the community and other key audiences. This role requires a deep commitment to our values and mission, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent GROW Women Leaders at public events, media appearances, and community engagements.
  • Promote our organization's mission, values, and initiatives to the target audience.
  • Develop and share engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting events to support our organization's goals.
  • Educate the public about our initiatives and products.
  • Provide accurate information and answer questions from the public or media.
Requirements
  • Minimum Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, community outreach, event management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of representing brands, organizations, or causes in public or media-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage and grow social media presence for brand visibility.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, influencers, and the public.
  • A natural ability to engage, inspire, and influence others.
  • Confident and poised in public settings, with a professional appearance.
  • Genuine interest and passion for BIWoC and Immigrants, with a commitment to promoting our values and mission.
