Operational Overview:
This role involves overseeing preclearance and International to Domestic processing facilities. The Chief Security Supervisor is tasked with managing the operational efficiency of the security team during their assigned shifts. Proficiency in computer systems is essential.
Supervisors are responsible for the continuous training and guidance of their team members.
They must ensure that their team is well-versed in site operations in accordance with Paladin's standards.
During their shifts, the Chief Security Supervisor will address all emergencies and take charge of situations as they relate to Paladin's protocols.
Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for confirming that all staff are familiar with and adhere to Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as documenting any incidents or accidents that arise during their shifts.
Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining email communication, conducting shift briefings, collaborating with the Site Supervisor on daily operations, assisting with staff scheduling, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
