Airport Security Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

The Assistant Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational supervision of the security staff, ensuring the airport security program is delivered to HIAA's and Transport Canada's needs. This role alternates shifts with the Security Operations Supervisor position, sharing responsibilities and duties assigned to both positions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise security staff and perform administrative duties related to the airport security program
* Alternate shifts with the Security Operations Supervisor and share responsibilities
* Ensure the airport security program meets HIAA's and Transport Canada's requirements

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proven supervision and administrative management experience/training
* Experience delivering training
* Computer proficiency

**Education and Certification:**

* High School Diploma/GED
* Certificate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related) field
* First Aid/CPR
* RAIC
* Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
