Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they feel valued and respected.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Food Service Supervisor at A&W, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring you to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
