Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Campbell River Lodge. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting their goals and providing feedback for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
