Sales Team Leader

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring operational efficiency within the retail environment. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various aspects of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Assign specific tasks to sales personnel and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to enhance team performance.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to optimize staff availability.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervision: Oversee daily activities of the sales team to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments to foster employee development.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within retail.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
