Job Summary

Cabot Links is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our grounds team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim: Ensure our gardens and grounds are well-manicured and free of weeds and debris.
  • Cut Grass and Maintain Turf: Regularly mow and maintain our lawns to keep them looking their best.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Keep our outdoor spaces clean and free of litter and debris.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Ensure our grounds are free of trash and recyclables.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Materials: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of our outdoor spaces.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Help to establish new grass and plants in our gardens and grounds.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Assist in the planting and maintenance of our gardens and grounds.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Ensure our plants and grass are healthy and thriving.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Keep our equipment in good working order to ensure efficient maintenance of our outdoor spaces.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Safely operate and maintain our equipment to ensure efficient maintenance of our outdoor spaces.
