Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team at Cabot Links. As a key member of our grounds team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy lawn.
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our outdoor spaces clean.
  • Remove litter and garbage to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance our outdoor spaces.
  • Lay sod or seed to create a lush and vibrant landscape.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to add color and beauty to our outdoor spaces.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure our grounds team has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to efficiently complete tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset in landscape maintenance or a related field.
