We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of prototypes.
Key Responsibilities- Prototype Build Process Management: Manage the prototype build process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality prototypes.
- Manufacturing Instructions: Prepare and document manufacturing instructions from pictures and drawing assemblies and BOMs.
- Process Workflows and Procedures: Develop and maintain process workflows, flowcharts, and procedures for building prototypes under R&D.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory using Master Excel sheets and maintain frequent inventory counts.
- Equipment Asset Tracking: Track equipment assets and coordinate test qualification instructions with subject matter experts.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to ensure schedule facility tasks are completed and documented in the electronic management system.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Basic Technical Concepts and Practices
- Experience with Excel for Inventory Tracking
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Related Experience
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office Software
- Familiarity with Mechanical Drawings (CAD Drawings) and Bills of Material
- Experience with Electronic Document Systems
