Senior Prototype Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the prototype build process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality prototypes.
  • Document manufacturing instructions, process workflows, and procedures for building prototypes under R&D.
  • Collaborate with the R&D Inventory Specialist to track inventory, reconcile differences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure schedule facility tasks are completed and documented in the electronic management system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Basic technical concepts and practices, with a basic understanding of product or systems fundamentals.
  • Experience using Excel for inventory tracking and master lists.
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience as a manufacturing engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Software, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings (CAD drawings) and Bills of Material.
  • Experience using electronic document systems such as Windchill.
