Program Manager for Identity and Access Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management to oversee critical projects within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive plans for the execution and rollout of projects in alignment with established timelines.
- Demonstrate significant experience in senior management roles, particularly in program oversight.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of change management methodologies and performance assessment frameworks.
- Strong technical acumen in relevant technologies.
- Proficient project management skills to delegate tasks and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competence in risk management to evaluate technical strategies and security measures.
- Experience with SailPoint Technologies, particularly in Identity Access Management and IdentityIQ.
- Available levels of experience include:
- 1+ years as an IT project manager with at least 1 year in the IAM domain and vulnerability resolution; OR
- 3+ years as an IT project manager and 4 years as a release manager, including 1 year in release management and post-implementation support in IAM (Identity IQ); OR
- 20+ years in project management, with a minimum of 7 years in program management and delivery oversight in the IAM domain (Identity IQ), alongside 10 years managing globally distributed teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe is preferred.
What We Offer:
- Type of position: Temporary Contractor for a duration of 1 year.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, standard 37.5-hour work week.
