Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at Doaba Kang Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of floor coverings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation
    • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered to ensure accurate installation
    • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare for new installations
  • Material Handling
    • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth installation process
    • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings to meet client specifications
  • Installation and Repair
    • Prepare and install hardwood floors to the highest standards
    • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a safe and durable finish
  • Client Communication
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide clear and concise updates on installation progress and completion
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in floor covering installation
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week
