Western Canada Security Corp is seeking a highly organized and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Supervise and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Security Guard License
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
