Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other store staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
