- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate environmental risks associated with projects, ensuring proactive solutions and contingency plans are in place.

Qualifications:- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng., P.Geo., PMP) is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental project management, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards in Canada. Proficiency in using environmental software and tools for assessments and reporting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing project teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.
- Sustainability Focus: Passion for sustainability and environmental protection, with a track record of implementing eco-friendly practices in projects.
- Business Development: Experience in preparing proposals and participating in business development activities is a plus.
