Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data transfer and backup procedures
  • Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Scan and digitize documents as needed
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Database software skills
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions
